(POCATELLO, ID)  —  Don’t put away that snow shovel just yet!  Punxsutawney Phil may have predicted an early spring, but apparently not for Idaho.  A winter storm is headed for eastern Idaho that could dump between 6 and 12 inches of snow between tonight and Saturday.  Idaho State Police say blowing snow will make travel extremely difficult in areas throughout eastern Idaho, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming. A winter storm watch remains in effect through Saturday morning.
