ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter reports that Jenkins has agreed to a three-year deal with the Giants worth $8 million. Jenkins will reportedly get a $2 million signing bonus, and will receive $3 million guaranteed.

Jenkins was part of the “Dream Team” the Eagles assembled during the 2011 offseason. While the team disappointed the past couple seasons, Jenkins did not. During his time in Philadelphia, Jenkins recorded 64 tackles and 9.5 sacks.

The 32-year-old Jenkins is expected to replace the recently departed Chris Canty, who was released by the team, as one of the team’s starting defensive tackles.
