Falcons Agree to Five-Year Deal with William Moore

Joe Robbins/Getty Images(NEW YORK) — Safety William Moore has agreed to a five-year, $30 million contract with the Atlanta Falcons Saturday, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Moore was drafted by the Falcons in the second round of the 2009 NFL Draft, and has been a starter for the team since 2010.
Moore, 27, compiled 75 tackles, four interceptions, two forced fumbles and one sack while appearing in 12 games last season. He was also selected to his first Pro Bowl in 2012, despite missing four games due to a hamstring injury.
In his four NFL seasons, Moore has played in 42 games collecting 203 tackles while intercepting 11 passes.
