James scored 25 points and pulled down 10 rebounds to lead the Heat past the Philadelphia 76ers, 102-93 for their 17th straight victory.

The win matched the longest winning streak in the NBA this season and also equaled the 12th-longest streak in NBA history.

“Good team win, particularly in the second half,” Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said. “Our bench was really dialed in.”

The Heat (46-14) were down nine in the third quarter, but used a buzzer-beating shot by James to ignite a run into the fourth, where they put the game away with James on the bench for most of the final quarter.

Philadelphia (23-38) got 25 points from Thaddeus Young in the loss.

The win also clinched a playoff spot for the Heat.
