(BOISE, ID) — An Idaho prison inmate is facing multiple charges of fraud after he ran a mail scam from his prison cell. Mark Brown, who is incarcerated in the state prison in Orofino, was indicted Wednesday on 12 felony counts of mail fraud. Brown allegedly sent out phony claim forms to administrators running class action lawsuits and bankruptcy settlements, netting at least $64,000 before he was caught. Brown would reportedly put the money in his prison trust account and other bank accounts.
