(BOISE, ID) — Idaho lawmakers are drafting a bill that would allow residents to conceal carry knives with blades 4 inches or smaller without a permit. Idaho law enables citizens to carry regular pocket knives, and concealed carry permits currently apply to both guns and knives. Police say carriers of pocket knives aren’t penalized unless they intend to cause harm to their own lives or the lives of other people.
