(BOISE, ID)  —  Idaho lawmakers are drafting a bill that would allow residents to conceal carry knives with blades 4 inches or smaller without a permit. Police say carriers of pocket knives aren’t penalized unless they intend to cause harm to their own lives or the lives of other people.
