The Mean Girls actress tweeted around 7 a.m. ET that she was flying by private jet from New York to Los Angeles.

“Thanks Mr. Pink for the private jet see you all in a few hours in LA @drinkmrpink @sheerazhasan,” she wrote. Mr. Pink is an energy drink.

Her court hearing, scheduled for 8:30 a.m. PT, will determine whether the actress goes to jail or averts a trial on charges that she lied to police in connection with a June car crash that briefly sent her to the hospital.

Lohan, 26, pleaded not guilty to three misdemeanor charges filed after the accident: reckless driving, lying to police and obstructing officers from performing their duties.

Monday’s hearing will set a date for a trial on the new charges.

But even if she isn’t convicted, the Liz & Dick star faces up to 245 days in jail if a judge determines that she violated her probation in a 2011 theft case. Her probation was revoked in December as a result of the charges stemming from the accident.

It appears Lohan’s attorney, Mark Heller, was unable to cut a deal with prosecutors. He told ABC News last month, “If nothing is facilitated, we will move forward with the trial.”

At a hearing earlier this month, Judge James Dabney criticized Heller’s apparent lack of understanding of state law, noting mistakes in the lawyer’s filings. He ordered an attorney who’s competent in California law to join Heller at trial.

The actress also cut close her first court hearing in the case in January when she arrived in Los Angeles that morning after taking an early-morning flight from New York.
