Will Ashton Kutcher Have to Pay Up in Divorce with Demi Moore?

Stephen Lovekin/Getty Images(NEW YORK) — More than a year after her high-profile split from Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore is apparently ready to file for divorce.
The New York Post reports that the former Striptease star is “tired” of trying to settle their split behind the scenes, and 16 months after the breakup, she’s now willing to go to court to get what she apparently feels she’s owed.
An “insider” says to the paper, “Ashton made a lot of money after marrying Demi — a lot more than she made — but despite him becoming just as famous through her, he believes he doesn’t owe her that much. …She has had enough.”
Kutcher filed divorce paperwork in December, but Moore didn’t legally respond, opting to try to work things out privately.
