Cadwell has created a line of leather handbags called Stage Presents, which includes handbags for men and women. “I have men’s big travel backpacks that are distressed and rugged with industrial straps and then I have shiny tote bags that are good for traveling and then I have just little mini-purses that are good for everyday but still stylish and go with everything,” she told The Hollywood Reporter. “Backpacks have become one of my number one sellers.”

Caldwell, who is also working on her music career and live blogging the current season of American Idol for E! News, said she learned how to create handbags herself.

“I’m literally self-taught. Every single time I make something, I get better and every time I get better, the bags get cooler,” the 31-year-old said. “I started making little clutches, folding them over and using pyramid studs to connect them. It was fun and I thought I could really get into this.”

Handbags range from $55 to $375, and can be purchased online.
