Council Delays Vote on Non-Discrimination Ordinance

(POCATELLO, ID) — The Pocatello City Council has moved to delay a vote on a proposed non-discrimination ordinance. The measure would revise the city’s non-discrimination laws to include sexual orientation and gender identity. The city took public comments Thursday night both for and against the amendment. Officials say they’ll take an additional two weeks of written testimony before voting.
