(MOSCOW) — At least 38 people died overnight in Moscow after a fire swept through a psychiatric hospital.
The one-story building housed patients with severe mental disorders.
An emergency official says the fire started in a wooden annex and then spread to the main brick building, which had wooden beams.
Only three people managed to escape the blaze.
