(BLACKFOOT, ID) – The friends of a woman killed in a triple homicide in Oneida County last week are working to help her two surviving children.   Twenty-seven-year-old Yavette Carter was fatally shot while protecting her two-month-old daughter, Havyn. Her two-year-old daughter Brayly was also found at the scene unharmed. Family spokesman James Davis says a fund is being established to help defray funeral costs, while a dinner and raffle raising money for the children will be held some time later this month. Police have potential suspects in the case, though no names have been released
