Gas Prices Continue Downward Trend
Published at | Updated at(WASHINGTON) — Dropping even lower in the past week, the average price of regular unleaded gas is down 2 cents, now at $3.52 a gallon. This week’s national average is more than 30 cents cheaper than at this time last year, according to new numbers out from the U.S. Department of Energy.
Though California has the most expensive gas, it too has seen a drop in fuel prices. Drivers in the Golden State now pay $3.91 a gallon, down 3 cents from last week.
