Meat Recall Expanded to 13 States

iStockphoto/Thinkstock(WASHINGTON) — A meat recall is being expanded over fears of bacterial contamination.

The recall, issued by the Manda Packing Company in Louisiana, now includes nearly half a million pounds of beef, turkey, and pork products.

All affected products were processed between Feb. 27 and April 9, and shipped to stores in 12 southern states and Illinois.
