Nine Dead After Bus Hits Roadside Bomb in Afghanistan
Published at(KABUL, Afghanistan) — Nine people were killed on Monday when a civilian bus hit a roadside bomb in eastern Afghanistan.
A spokesperson for the governor of Wardak province says the bus was on its way from Ghazni province to Wardak province when it hit a Taliban-planted roadside bomb in Salar.
One woman and a child were among those killed, according to the spokesperson. Twenty-one others were injured, including four children, six women and 11 men.
