Person of Interest in Shooting Arrested

A person of interest believed to have been involved in a shooting at the Shilo Inn three months ago has been arrested. Idaho Falls Police say 21-year-old Fabian Hernandez was arrested on a parole violation in Madison County last Friday. Hernandez reportedly has information useful to police investigating the January 6 shooting of Justin Mangum, who survived the incident. Witnesses say a fight broke out and quickly got out of hand. No charges have been filed.
