(POCATELLO, ID) – Seasons of Hope CEO Heath Sommer claims the state is at fault for unlawfully shutting down his offices. State Health and Welfare officials allege that the clinic fraudulently billed the state more than $300,000. Sommer says his company wasn’t given a legitimate shot at due process and that the state is withholding essential information he needs to defend his company. More than 100 Seasons of Hope employees have been laid off in the past month, while thousands of patients have been forced to look for mental health treatment elsewhere

wow! The state appears to only be interested in $$ while the patients are left to fend with out care! The state could have taken over the care of the patients if the people are more important than the money…just sayin’
