The terms of the settlement are confidential, and the divorce will be finalized as soon as a judge signs the papers.

This marks the end of a bitter court battle between the reality star, 32, and her NBA player ex, 28. After only 72 days of wedded bliss, Kardashian announced that she had “decided to end my marriage,” but Humphries refused to consent to a divorce. Instead, he asked for an annulment, alleging fraud. (He claimed Kardashian only married him for fame.)

“I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce,” he stated at the time. “I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make it work.”

But Humphries has since changed his mind. Not only was he a no-show at last week’s settlement hearing, but Humphries missed Friday’s court appearance too. The NBA forward is set to join his teammates to play the Indianapolis Pacers Friday evening.

On Friday, Judge Hank Goldberg asked Kardashian, who was present at the hearing, if there was anything to be done to save the marriage. She smiled and said, “No.”

There was one minor victory for Humphries Friday, however: a hearing on possible sanctions for the Brooklyn Nets forward as a result of last week’s absence has been canceled.
