(BOISE, ID) – The state Board of Education has approved a tuition hike for Idaho’s public universities. Students at Idaho State will see a tuition increase of 4.5 percent this fall, while students at Boise State will face a 6.9 percent increase. Officials say the adjustment will raise an additional $10.6 million in revenue statewide, with an estimated $8.2 million going to Boise State. This marks the 14th consecutive year of tuition hikes of at least four percent or more among the state’s public universities.
