Sword-Wielding Bishop Saves Woman

(SALT LAKE CITY, UT) – An LDS Bishop is credited with saving a woman who was attacked in front of his house. 47-year-old Kent Hendrix of Millcreek, Utah reportedly used a samurai sword to scare off the assailant early Tuesday morning. The suspect, 37-year-old Grant Eggersten later turned himself in to authorities. The victim, a 35-year-old woman, had a stalking injunction against Eggersten. She was treated for minor injuries
