(SODA SPRINGS, ID) – Emergency crews responded to an accident involving a loaded fuel tanker in Soda Springs Tuesday morning. Investigators say the driver of the semi was attempting to make a right turn into the Maverik station on Main Street when an SUV attempted to pass him on the right. Both the tanker and the SUV sustained substantial damage, though no injuries were reported. Officials say the driver of the tanker was able to offload much of his fuel into storage tanks at the station before too much spilled onto the roadway.
