(HONG KONG) — As more deaths from a new form of bird flu, called H7N9, are being reported in China, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have entered the race to contain the illness to that country.
In China the virus, so far, has claimed the lives of 11 people and sickened 43 more. ABC’s Dr. Richard Besser reports from Hong Kong about the urgency to stop the virus from spreading, especially beyond the China’s borders.
