An Arrest Made in the Chubbuck Bomb Threat

(CHUBBUCK, ID)  —  Chubbuck Police made an arrest Wednesday morning in the bomb threat at Walmart  on Sunday.    Brian J. Lavatta was taken into custody and will now be charged with a Felony False Report of Explosives in a Public Place.    Lavatta allegedy called the Walmart Sunday evening, stating that a bomb was to be detonated.   Police and Fire from both Chubbuck and Pocatello were able to safely evacuate the store, and found nothing suspicious inside.   No one was hurt.
