Court Rejects Child Porn Appeal

(POCATELLO, ID) – The Idaho Court of Appeals has rejected an appeal from a Pocatello man serving a 10-year prison sentence for possessing child pornography.  In a decision released last week, the court ruled that the 6th District Court did not abuse its discretion when it sentenced Paul Bushlow last year. Bushlow pleaded guilty to a felony charge of possession of exploitative materials in April 2012. Under the terms of Bushlow’s sentence, he must serve at least three years in prison before being eligible for parole. Bushlow argued that his sentence was excessive.
