(TWIN FALLS, ID) – Four Twin Falls residents accused of running a drug ring selling synthetic marijuana have reached plea agreements with prosecutors. Allen, Gary, and Stephanie Nagel, along with Joshua Cserepes allegedly sold spice under the brand name “Hayze.” Additionally, two Oregon residents, Joshua and Shyloh Becker, have pleaded guilty for their role in selling the drug as well. Idaho lawmakers voted to make spice illegal in 2010 after law enforcement complained that it was just as dangerous as real marijuana.
