Lindsay Lohan Settles Lawsuit Brought by Paparazzo

Mark Boster-Pool/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) — Lindsay Lohan took care of some legal business before she entered rehab last week.
TMZ.com reports the Mean Girls star last Thursday settled a lawsuit brought by a photographer over an alleged 2010 car accident. The plaintiff, Grigor Balyan, claimed he was taking pictures of Lohan outside a Los Angeles nightclub when a car in which she was a passenger struck him, causing him orthopedic and neurologic injuries.
The amount of the settlement is not disclosed in the TMZ report, but the website states that an insurance company will cover it.
Lohan checked into the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif., last Thursday night for a mandatory 90-day stint in connection with her car crash case.
