(TWIN FALLS, ID) – A Twin Falls man was cited for riding his bicycle drunk along a roadway Monday morning. Police say Alva Garrison was riding his bike along a sidewalk when he swerved onto the road in a construction zone just as a car drove by. Garrison was charged with a misdemeanor for being intoxicated while on a roadway. Authorities say Garrison’s blood alcohol level was .134, above the legal limit of .08.
