(POCATELLO, ID) – A mental health evaluation has been ordered for a man who called in a bomb threat at the Chubbuck Walmart. Brian Lavatta is a schizophrenic, who allegedly called the store April 28 claiming that a bomb was inside. However, court officials want to make sure that Lavatta is fit to stand trial. Idaho law does not allow suspects to use an insanity plea.
