Moose Causes Accident in Island Park

(ISLAND PARK, ID) – Four people were hospitalized after their car struck a moose in Island Park Wednesday. The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office says the driver was headed southbound on U.S. Highway 20 when they hit the moose, veered off the road and crashed into several trees. Three were taken by ambulance to EIRMC while a fourth had to be airlifted out of the area. Their names and conditions are not currently known
