Nick Lachey Dishes On Jessica Simpson Divorce

Charles Sykes/Bravo(NEW YORK) — Hey, Nick Lachey said it, not us.
During an appearance on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live Tuesday night, the 98 Degrees singer aired some alleged dirty laundry about his former father-in-law, Joe Simpson.
Host Andy Cohen asked Lachey, who was on the show with his fellow boybanders, “What is the best thing about no longer having Joe Simpson as a father-in-law?” Before the 39-year-old could answer, his brother Drew popped in and said, “Everything.”
Lachey’s response? “The best thing about not having Joe Simpson anymore as a father-in-law is I don’t have to play grab a** under the table on Easter Sunday.”
Cohen looked shocked and admitted he was blushing, as crew off camera screamed. “Our publicist is freaking out right now,” Drew Lachey quipped.
“It may not be [funny] tomorrow but it is tonight,” Lachey said.
Lachey, who’s married to TV host Vanessa (Minnillo) Lachey, also revealed that he hasn’t spoken to ex-wife Jessica Simpson in “probably six years.”
