Oprah Winfrey Receives Honorary Harvard Degree

ABC/Lou Rocco(BOSTON) — Oprah Winfrey received an honorary doctor of laws degree from Harvard University on Thursday.
The Boston Globe says Winfrey couldn’t contain her excitement about delivering a speech at the prestigious institution and exclaimed on stage, “Oh my goodness. I’m at Harvard!”
In her speech, Winfrey made a reference to her struggling OWN network, telling graduates to view setbacks as opportunities.
“Remember this. There is no such thing as failure. Failure is just life trying to move us in another direction,” she said.
