(NEW YORK) — It seems that blondes do have more fun. Reese Witherspoon has returned to her natural blonde roots.
Us Weekly reports that the actress was spotted with husband Jim Toth last weekend, watching her son Deacon’s soccer game in Los Angeles. Deacon is one of Witherspoon’s two children with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe.
The 37-year-old actress had dyed her hair brunette for her role in the new film The Good Lie. The film follows a young refugee of the Sudanese civil war who wins a lottery to be relocated to the U.S. Witherspoon will play a woman who forms an unlikely friendship with the young man as he tries to adjust to his new life.
Witherspoon had previously become a brunette to portray June Carter in the 2005 movie Walk the Line, a role that earned her an Academy Award.
