Report: Cops Want Bieber Charged with Battery for Spitting Incident

Jason LaVeris/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) — Los Angeles investigators want the L.A. County District Attorney to charge Justin Bieber over an altercation with a neighbor back in March, TMZ reports.
According to his neighbor Jeff Schwartz, Bieber was tearing around their Calabasas, Calif., gated community in his Ferrari at speeds reaching triple digits last March.
Schwartz confronted Bieber about it at the singer’s house, and the performer allegedly spit in his face and screamed, “I’m going to f**king kill you!”
Bieber could be charged with battery for the alleged spitting, but it’s up to prosecutors to decide. His camp has denied any wrongdoing.
According to TMZ, cops don’t think Bieber should get arrested, but they think he should be ordered into counseling considering his recent bad boy behavior.
