Harden, who missed the morning shootaround due to sickness, scored a team high 31 points, and hit 7 of 9 from 3-point land leading the Houston Rockets past the Oklahoma City Thunder, 107-100 Wednesday night.

The Rockets have now won two straight and trail the Thunder 3-2 in their best-of-seven playoff series.

“I just tried to go out there and give it all I had,” Harden said of the win. “Not participating the in the shoot-around this morning. Just sleeping until it was game time. I just tried to go out there and give it all I had. It was win or go home so I got some shots to fall and I tried just not to think about it.”

The Thunder, who are without Russell Westbrook for the remainder of the playoffs, received 36 points from Kevin Durant in the loss.

Houston, like Boston, is trying to become the first team in NBA history to comeback from a 3-0 playoff series deficit.

Game 6 is Friday in Houston. Tip-off expected at 9:30 p.m. Eastern.
