The Spurs trailed by 18 points in the first quarter which forced head coach Greg Popovich to pull his starting five.

Tim Duncan scored the first five points of overtime and finished with 24 points and 10 rebounds.

“I’m not worried about how old I am or whatever, whatever it may be,” the 37-year-old Duncan said. “I’m very focused on having another opportunity to make it to a championship and try to win, that’s all.”

The Grizzlies are playing in their first Western Conference Finals in franchise history and now are in a 3-0 hole.

“We’ve been fortunate to get this far, and we’ve got to play better if we want to continue,” Grizzlies coach Lionel Hollins said.

Zach Randolph was held to 14 points and pulled in 15 rebounds in the loss.  Mike Conley did all he could do with 20 points.

San Antonio will look to punch their ticket to the finals on Monday night.
