In Touch Weekly reports the former Nickelodeon star was “tossed” from the Manhattan building at which she was arrested on May 23.

Bynes allegedly tossed a foot-long bong from her smoke-filled 36th floor apartment when cops were called over reports of pot use there. “Even before her arrest, residents had constant complaints about the smell of marijuana coming from her apartment,” a source told In Touch Weekly. “She had also cursed out residents and the doormen, and the smell of pot from her apartment was really annoying people.”

While she awaits the outcome of that arrest, however, the actress is keeping herself busy fighting with more stars online.

Once again she turned to Twitter to fire back at another celebrity — this time, former ‘N Sync band member, Lance Bass.

It began when Lance said during a radio interview that the 27-year-old troubled actress had “some mental problems,” adding that he was “actually really scared for her.”

“I ignored Lance Bass on twitter and now he is saying I have a mental illness. Sorry you’re an ugly ex boy band member w/ no talent or career,” Amanda fired back.

“I haven’t spoken to Lance Bass in 11 years. To say I have a mental illness out of nowhere makes me lash out! You’re making me crazy!” she added.

Lance apparently wasn’t buying it.  He tweeted back to Amanda, “Now I really don’t think this is Amanda — we shot Love Wrecked together 7 years ago and she was just at my bday party 3 years ago. Hmmm 11?”

He added, “Ouch — The Amanda I know would never had said something like this to me — either this is a fake person or she really does have a mental illness. Way too sad. I reached out — all i can do.”

Lance, who as he said met Amanda on the set of Love Wrecked in 2005, is the latest celebrity to catch the actress’ wrath. Courtney Love, John Legend’s fiancé Chrissy Teigen and even Rihanna have also been sent nasty tweets.
