(BLACKFOOT, ID) – Bingham County Commissioners have a new home for private meetings. The county recently purchased a home adjacent to the courthouse, which will be refurbished and converted to private office spaces. The new building will allow commissioners to hold meetings with people on an individual basis without violating open meeting laws. The building, which was purchased with federal funds, cost about $151,000.
