Castroneves Wins at Texas Motor Speedway

Chris Graythen/Getty Images for Texas Motor Speedway(FORT WORTH, Texas) — Helio Castroneves picked up his first win of the IndyCar season on Saturday night at Texas Motor Speedway.
Castroneves led 132 laps and finished 4.7 seconds ahead of Ryan Hunter-Reay for the checkered flag.
“Texas is awesome. I love this place,” Castroneves said. “The car was absolutely on rails.”
The victory also marked the first one for Team Penske this season.
“He drove a flawless race.” Team owner Roger Penske said. “I think Helio had probably as good of execution as we’ve had in a long time.”
Castroneves now leads in the points standings. Marco Andretti finished in fifth and is now in second, 22 points behind Castroneves.
