Drunk Driver Hits Boy

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – A Salmon man is accused of driving drunk and hitting a 12-year-old boy. Idaho Falls Police say 31-year-old Brian Morton struck the boy with his pickup at the West Broadway southbound on-ramp. Officials say the boy was on a bicycle and was taken by ambulance to EIRMC. His condition has not been released. Morton was booked into the Bonneville County Jail on a felony charge of aggravated driving under the influence.
