Man Charged After Police Find Teen Runaway in His Home

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) — Idaho Falls Police arrested 23-year-old Francisco Javier Zaragoza-Gonzalez for sexual battery of a minor Monday night. Francisco Javier Zaragoza-Gonzalez of Idaho Falls was booked into the Bonneville County Jail. Police responded to the 300 block of North Higbee after reports of a domestic disturbance. The disturbance was unfounded, but officers did determine that Zaragoza-Gonzalez was involved in a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old runaway from California living at the residence. The teenager was taken into custody pending arrangements for her to return to California.
