Report: Dina Lohan Will Be Sued for Allegedly Stiffing Charity Event

Paul Zimmerman/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) — The owner of a restaurant in ritzy East Hampton in Long Island, N.Y., says he’s going to sue Dina Lohan for reportedly stiffing him to the tune of $4,000 from a charity event he held last year.
The restaurant’s lawyer, Edmond Chakmakian, tells E! News that Lohan and her brother pledged $1,500 to The Clamshell Foundation at the 2012 event, at which she and her brother rang up a $2,500 food and drink tab. According to the eatery’s owner, the pair left his Andrra Waterside restaurant without settling either amount.
“She acted like she was doing the world of a favor by being there,” Chakmakian said of Lohan. “She feels entitled because of who her daughter is, like she’s the belle of the ball.”
The lawyer will file the suit on Monday.
