Published at | Updated at(NEW YORK) — Do you like your job? If so, you don’t have much company.
A new workplace report by Gallup finds that only three of every ten American workers are happy and engaged at work. The remaining 70 percent don’t like their jobs and aren’t reaching their full potential.
Gallup says those disengaged workers cost the U.S. between $450 billion and $550 billion a year.
