(POCATELLO, ID) – Researchers from Idaho’s three largest public universities are benefiting from a $20 million grant from theNational Science Foundation. They plan to use the funds to monitor natural ecosystems across the state for the next five years to determine how that impacts Idaho’s economic growth. Officials say it’s important to look at the state’s water levels especially, and how they’re affected by the influx of people moving into Idaho.
