(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – At least two District 93 teachers are out of a job following restructuring by administrators.  Lincoln Alternative High School was overstaffed, with 17 teachers for 180 students. Authorities say teacher contract negotiations for the district are still ongoing. In the Blackfoot School District, officials moved to eliminate several para-educators in an effort to help balance budgets. Idaho ranks 49th out of 50 in state education spending per student.
