(YELLOWSTONE, NP) – Cell phone service is about to improve in Yellowstone National Park. Federal authorities have approved plans for a 100-foot Verizon Wireless cell tower near Fishing Bridge on the north side of Yellowstone Lake. Other cell towers are currently operating in and around Mammoth, Old Faithful, Canyon, Tower, and Grant. Officials say the tower won’t be visible to most visitors.
