$1M Lotto Ticket Sold in Oneida County

(MALAD, ID) – A $1 million winning lottery ticket has been sold in Oneida County. Officials say the ticket matched five numbers from Saturday night’s Powerball drawing. Oneida County leads the state in lottery ticket sales, largely because of its proximity to the border with Utah, where lotteries have been outlawed. So far the winner hasn’t come forward. This is the second time this month that a winning million-dollar ticket has been sold in the Gem State. A $1 million Powerball was claimed by Audrey and David Eckert of Boise last Friday.
