(POCATELLO, ID) – It’s no mistake that Alameda Plaza has become an eyesore in Pocatello, and WinCo wants to do something about it. Managers are asking the Pocatello Development Authority to demolish the vacant mini-mall south of WinCo as part of an urban renewal plan. They want to make the area more attractive to developers and business owners. The plaza already has a few businesses hoping to set up shop. Carl’s Jr. will move in by spring, while Mountain America Credit Union is already under construction.
