Crash Causes Gas Leak

(POCATELLO, ID) – A car accident in Old Town Pocatello caused a gas leak Monday. Authorities say the crash happened just after 1 p.m. in an alley on the 600 block of North Main. The driver of a Suburban reportedly crashed into the back end of a building near Master Mechanix. The accident knocked out a natural gas meter, which had to be shut down and repaired. This comes less than two weeks after a major gas leak was reported at the Muse clothing boutique only a block south of the crash. Repairs for that leak are still ongoing.
