DMX Arrested for Alleged DUI

iStockPhoto/Thinkstock(CHARLESTON, S.C.) — Rapper DMX was arrested Thursday night on suspicion of driving under the influence.
The 41-year-old DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was pulled over in South Carolina after officers saw him driving erratically. He was taken into custody, and released after paying a fine.
This is not the first time DMX has been arrested. In 2011 the rapper was arrested for driving 103 mph. He just finished a stint in prison on probation for failing to submit to drug testing and driving without a license.
