Idaho Falls Man Faces Child Porn Charges

(POCATELLO, ID) – An Idaho Falls man has been indicted by a federal grand jury on child pornography charges. U.S. Attorney Wendy Olson says 37-year-old Daniel Dalton was found in possession of images and videos of minors engaging in sexually explicit behavior. The material was stored on two hard drives and a desktop computer and was found during an investigation in March. Federal officials are seeking a forfeiture of all of Dalton’s computer equipment. If convicted, Dalton could spend up to 10 years behind bars.
